They literally pull money out of your account for repayment whenever they want to instead of when they tell you they’ll do it when you get the advance. They base their debits on courtesy direct deposit features instead of your actual pay date and when you contact them to tell them so, they refuse to correct it. Get ready for NSF fees. Beware!

The fact that there is absolutely no customer service number that I can call or any way for me to get help without logging in is completely unacceptable. I can’t log in. Haven’t been able to for MONTHS. I get an error message that the app is currently unavailable. I have HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS of MY money that is in my Tip Jar that I have no access to or way of withdrawing. I need help or I’m going to start researching how to take legal action. This is INSANE.

This is a great app to be able to use in a pinch or to grab some groceries . Keep track of your bills for the month and you transfers for the week. At the beginning I made of mistake in the amount I transferred, which could cause problems. You do what I stated keep track , then this app is a plus.Michelle

Definitely helps me when im in a pinch. Saved me from some car trouble preventing me from getting to work. Though… once you start its hard to stop. You almost have to keep pulling out earnings each check to make up for what you pay back. Even still. It works.

It really does help and come through when u need it but make sure u have the money before the payback is due and make sure you keep ur GPS verified so it can track ur hours l. That’s been the only issues with it but easiest that it’s a best app to use and have
